French Onion Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast or tenders 
  • 3 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 Onions 
  • 1 TBSP flour
  • Fat Free Mozzarella 
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400
Sauté 2 chopped onions in 3 TBSP of low sodium chicken broth until soft and set aside
Cook chicken into the same pan with salt and pepper and brown both sides
Add onions back to the pan and add 1 TBSP of flour. Stir to coat the mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth and wait for it to thicken
Pour into baking dish
Add 1/4cup (or more) of Fat-Free Mozzarella Cheese to the top
Add 1 TBSP of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown

*When serving make sure to pour the juices over the chicken because it’s SO GOOD!!!
