Chickpea Tuna Salad

  • Tuna or Grilled Chicken 
  • Chick Peas 
  • 1/4 Cup Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
  • Chopped celery, red onion, and grapes 
  • 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • Splash of Lemon 
  • 1/8 cup Sliced Almonds 
  • 1 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce 
  • Salt & Pepper 
  • Apple Slices 
  • Sliced grapes
  • 2 @wasausa sea salt crackers


Combine all ingredients to create a chicken or tuna salad (depending on the protein you choose)
