Skinny Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie

Serves: 4 Prep Time: Cooking Time:


  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth 
  • 1 can 98% Fat-Free Cream of Chicken Soup
  • Frozen Mushrooms, carrots, corn, (wish I had pees), and onions.


Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook for 7 hours.

Then, shred the chicken (in the crockpot), and turn the crockpot off to let thicken for a half hour.

I served with FF cheddar cheese on top.

Also, add salt and pepper to taste.

You could eat this with rice, pasta, biscuits, rolls
