Broccoli Parmesan Pasta

Serves: 2 Prep Time: Cooking Time:


  • 4 Oz Spaghetti
  • Broccoli (as much as you want)
  • 4 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Red Pepper Flakes (I did half a tsp)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Zest
  • Salt/Pepper to Taste


While cooking pasta, sauce olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and broccoli in pan until soft. Drain pasta and immediately place in hot sauce pan and toss. Add red pepper flakes, lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste! Sprinkle Parmesan on top!
