Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetned frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of organic oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of lemon zest


Blend and enjoy!


This smoothie is only 2 WW Points. If you use Vanilla flavored Greek Yogurt it would definitely be sweeter. The recipe IS a little bitter. Maybe even add some agave nectar. My goal was to keep it as low of points as I could but still have flavor and be filling! It's pretty good for that!
