This is my “go to” when I’m hosting! Everyone LOVES it! You can serve with pita, pita chips, veggies or eat over salmon or a burger! Anything Greek!
Guilt Free Tzatziki

- 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 1/2 dill (fresh or dried)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
Instructions
Chop (or put in food processor) cucumber/garlic finely
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or longer before serving
