Tuna Poke Bowl 6 Points

What you need:

Tuna Steaks – I bought tuna steaks for this recipe.  It was two pieces about the size of my fist that I chopped. You can also buy frozen and chop.

Sriracha

Low sodium Soy

Jalapeno

Cucumber

Avocado

Jasmine or White Rice

Light Mayo

Sesame Seeds

Romaine Lettuce

1/4 cup Edamame

Mix in a bowl:

Chopped Tuna

1 tsp- Sriracha

2 TBSP- Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 Jalapeno chopped

Sesame Seeds Sprinkled on top

In a small bowl: Mix a 3 TBSP of might mayo with 2 tsp of sriracha sauce (You will drizzle this on top of bowl mixture)

Add all ingredients to a bowl:

Cook 1 cup of jasmine or white rice (Goes at bottom of bowl) I used 1/2 a cup at bottom

Also add a handful of romaine lettuce (at bottom)

Dish in Tuna mixture

Add 1/4 avocado

Add 1/2 chopped Cucumber

1/4 cup edamame

Sprinkle some sesame seeds and drizzle half of the mayo mixture on top! So easy and so good!
