Zero Point Buffalo Chicken Dip

TOUCHDOWN (in overtime because the first time around didn’t go so well)! HOLY Fing SMOKES you NEED to make this! I did mine in a crock pot but you can cook the chicken how ever you fancy!

Zero Point Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 or 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 3 tsp Ranch Dressing Seasoning Packet
  • 4 TBSP of FF Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Reduced Fat Blue Cheese Crumbles (still zero points)


  1. Place breasts, hot sauce, and water in crock pot and cook for 7-8 hours on low.
  2. Shred chicken with 2 forks and add ranch packet, yogurt, and drizzle a little extra Franks Red Hot (to taste) on top.
  3. Mix well and serve with chips, veggies, baked potato, even spaghetti squash! YUMMO!
