Still not sick of eating this zero point WW chicken salad. I could eat it every day…Pop Chips add the perfect salty crunch! An 8 point lunch for the win.

Zero Point Chicken Salad

  • 1 cup cooked chicken (or tuna)
  • 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • Celery (chopped)
  • Red onion (chopped)
  • Grapes (halved)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp of low sodium soy sauce
  • Splash of Lemon 
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve on a bun, crackers or with your favorite 0 point veggie!
  3. Enjoy!
