Zero Point Chicken SaladPrint This
- 1 cup cooked chicken (or tuna)
- 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- Celery (chopped)
- Red onion (chopped)
- Grapes (halved)
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp of low sodium soy sauce
- Splash of Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve on a bun, crackers or with your favorite 0 point veggie!
