This is a great alternative to pizza! You can eat it in a wrap or just by itself.
Zucchini Supreme Pizza BakePrint This
- 1/2 cup Banana Peppers
- 1/2 cup green peppers
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 zucchini
- 17 slices of hormel turkey pepperoni
- 1/2 cup Meijer Fully Cooked Diced Ham
- 1 cup Ragu Marinara
- 1 oz Part Skim Mozzarella
- 3 slices of crisp bacon (chopped)
- 1 oz of grated Parmesan cheese (this is sprinkled on top)
- Tumaro Wrap (optional)
- Chop all vegetables.
- Mix vegetables with the meat, sauce and cheeses in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parm cheese on top and bake at 375 for 25-30 mins
Add into a Tumaro Wrap and grill the outside if you want crunch This serves 4 and is 5 WW points per serving
